Remove ILA CRM from your Facebook account

You can take back ILA CRM's access to your Facebook account at any time:

• In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
• Find ILA CRM and choose Remove.
• To also ask for your data to be deleted, tick the option to delete it when you remove ILA CRM.

ILA CRM then deletes the Meta access tokens and Page connections made with your Facebook login, and your Facebook name, straight away. New leads stop arriving from your Pages.

Disconnect from inside ILA CRM

Agency admins can also disconnect Meta in Settings → Integrations. This removes the stored tokens in the same way.

Delete your ILA CRM account or leads

To delete your ILA CRM account, or all of your agency's data, contact support@ilacrm.com. We delete it within 30 days. Leads your agency already received are the agency's records; if you submitted a lead form, ask the agency that ran the ad to delete your details.
